REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide that a product is not right for you, please review the refund policy below.

Right to withdraw from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing by email at redtuxedoceramics@gmail.com.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused and undamaged;

  • be in original condition;

  • be returned in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions – non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • items made according to the customer’s individual order;

  • items that are clearly personalized, such as products with custom text, inscriptions, or designs.

Such items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at redtuxedoceramics@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage. Each case will be handled individually.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days from:

  • the date we receive your notice of withdrawal, or

  • the date we receive the returned item (if applicable).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
