Shipping policy

All items on our shop are in stock, means they will be shipped to you from Vilnius, Lithuania in 1-2 business days. If accidentally the item you bought is already being sold, we will contact and refund your purchase immediately. 

Shipping is carried out through Lithuanian Postal services. 

Shipping time takes from 1 to 2 weeks to European Union, and up to 4 weeks to US, Canada and the rest of the world.

It is a responsibility of the costumer to pay duties and taxes of his country customs upon receiving a package.

Please, be aware that postal services worldwide declare shipping delays due to pandemic and we have no influence on that. If the shipping time takes more than one calendar month, we can initiate a postal search of the lost item procedure.
